BoarderBase, the PG CRM product by Connect UX Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, values transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds.
Monthly payments are non-refundable as the invoice bill is generated after one month of usage. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
- If a user raises a cancellation request within the first month, the first two months will be considered a trial period. The user will be charged for one month during the third month. If the user confirms cancellation after this trial, a refund will be processed for the remaining 11 months' payment.
- For cancellation requests raised between the 3rd and 11th months, users need to confirm cancellation, and a refund will be processed for the remaining months' payment.
Users must submit a formal cancellation request through the BoarderBase platform. users must access the application Minimum 3 months in which 2 months are trial and one paid month after that Refunds will be processed within 4 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation..
